U.N.A.M.- Pumas vs Queretaro Betting Preview and Prediction Primera Division - Apertur

Pumas defeated by Tijuana with 1-0 on the last game. Tijuana had chances for more goals but the luck was not in his part. Pumas has many problems far from his house but when they play in Estadio Olímpico Universitario they have better results. On the last 3 games on their home they count 3 wins.

Queretaro is in a really bad period. In the last home game they defeated by Necaxa by 2-1. They have 1-3-2 in last 6 games and when they are far from their house they face many problems.

Definitely, Pumas has the advantage instead of Queretaro. We are going with home team to win.
 TEAM NEWS

 MATCH PREVIEW
Pumas UNAM suffered their second defeat of the season ahead of the international break, with Gabriel Hauche’s 23rd minute strike proving the difference in a 1-0 loss away to in-form Tijuana. Yet Pumas UNAM did not play too badly and they remain in sixth place with 11 points from seven games. Francisco Palencia’s side have made a solid start to the season and their only two defeats have come away from home against league leaders Tijuana and second-placed Pachuca, last season’s champions. If they can keep up their current form, Pumas UNAM should make the playoffs.

After going unbeaten in their first five matches of the season, Queretaro have now lost 2-1 in each of their last two league games against lowly Club Leon and newly-promoted Necaxa. Victor Manuel Vucetich’s side looked to have earned a point at home to Necaxa when Armando Zamorano netted a 77th minute equaliser, but the visitors struck back again, with Felipe Gallegos scoring the winner ten minutes later. Those last two defeats were particularly galling for Queretaro because neither Club Leon nor Necaxa had won a single game this season before playing them.

Pumas UNAM come into this game on a decent run of form, whereas Queretaro’s confidence has been shattered in recent weeks. Pumas UNAM to claim a narrow home win.

HEAD TO HEAD
There is nothing to separate the two sides. Their last 20 meetings resulted in seven wins each and six draws. Their last encounter was a 2-1 home win for Queretaro in April, but Pumas UNAM are unbeaten in their last three at home in all competitions.
