A double salvo from Famara Diedhiou was enough for Angers to see off Bastia 1-2 on match day 9, earning their fourth victory of the campaign which is shaping up to be every bit as promising as the last when they finished a highly creditable 9th.

With both teams looking in relatively good nick, in high spirits following last weekend, and the best performing side away from home, it may pay to focus on the goals angle rather than the result on Saturday.
