HC Oceláři Třinec (Třinec Steelers) is a ice hockey team from Teschen Silesia who play in the Czech Extraliga, the top tier of Czech ice hockey. Their home arena is Werk Arena in Třinec. The team's main sponsors are the local Třinec Iron and Steel Works.
In the 2010/2011 season the team won the Czech Extraliga for the first time in their history.
Mountfield Hokejový Klub are a professional men's ice hockey club based in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. They are members of the Czech Extraliga. They formed after the original club HC České Budějovice was unable to resolve a sponsorship dispute.
The Czech Extraliga (Czech: Extraliga ledního hokeje, ELH) is the highest-level ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. It was created by the 1993 split of the Czechoslovak First Ice Hockey League following the breakup of Czechoslovakia. In 2008 the IIHF ranked the Extraliga as the third-highest ice hockey league in Europe.
