The 20-year-old was linked with the Serie A giants during the recent transfer window, but a move failed to materialise in time.
According to a report in The Express, Suso is likely to move to the Rossoneri next summer, or potentially in January with his contract due to expire in 12 months' time.
Suso has made just 14 appearances for Liverpool since making the move to Anfield from Spanish outfit Cadiz in 2012.
